Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is WaveTips, a project in its launch phase operated by a sole trader in France. For any question about your data, write to wavetips.contact@gmail.com.

What we collect, and why

Waitlist: when you join the beta, we collect your email address, your profile (guide, performer or other), the language of the page and the date and text of your consent. We use them only to inform you about the beta and the launch of WaveTips. Legal basis: your consent.

Audience measurement: we use Vercel Web Analytics, which measures visits in an aggregated way, without cookies and without identifying you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used.

Technical logs: our host records technical data (such as IP address and browser) to operate and secure the site.

Who processes your data

Emails are managed with Brevo (Sendinblue SAS), 106 boulevard Haussmann, 75008 Paris, France, whose data is stored in the European Union.

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. Transfers outside the European Union are governed by the safeguards provided for by the GDPR, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

We never sell or rent your data.

How long we keep it

Waitlist data is kept until you unsubscribe, and at most three years after our last contact with you.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies, which is why no cookie banner is displayed.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, limit it, or ask for a copy, by writing to wavetips.contact@gmail.com. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link included in every email.

If you believe your rights are not respected, you can file a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.
